The grounds are amazing and well-maintained.

I faced significant issues at check-in when I was given the wrong room. The staff's attitude towards relaying my concerns was frustrating and unhelpful, making an already stressful situation worse.

Evening buffet pricing is exorbitant!!! Inconsistent service at the pool area leaves room for improvement!!! Room allocation confusion can be frustrating!!! No complimentary access to spa amenities for residents feels off for a luxury hotel!!!

The pools were stunning and well-maintained. The private beach was perfect for family fun. We had an unforgettable meal arranged by Houcine at a local restaurant. The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking, making for a relaxing stay with my adult children.

In my wife’s opinion, the crowded dining experience was overwhelming for families. It would be great to have more affordable meal options for larger groups.

The stay was pretty good, especially the food at their restaurant, delicious dishes, you got to try the local flavors. And the staff, they were very attentive, like they genuinely cared that you had a good time, made me feel important, which is not what I'm used to.

Sure it wasn't cheap, but you know, it was alright in the end.
